WIN-911’s alarm notification platform is essential for the world’s largest industrial companies to monitor their operations. Their mobile app enables workers to securely interact with equipment alarms via mobile app, text, voice, email, or in-plant announcements, significantly reducing downtime and operational costs. Our work involved developing the overall UI/UX through design sprints, incorporating customer feedback and continual iterations to ensure optimal user experience. We created the look and feel as well as low-fidelity mock-ups of the user interface for both Android and Apple platforms. Additionally, we supported the product launch with comprehensive print and event branding, as well as creating landing pages to enhance their email and social media campaigns. The redesigned mobile app has enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of alarm notifications, helping industrial companies reduce operational costs and downtime. The collaborative design process ensured a user-friendly interface that meets the needs of the end-users. The successful product launch, supported by targeted print and event branding, and strategic landing pages, facilitated a smooth introduction to the market and boosted user adoption.
